It shall be the policy of Prince George's County to: Develop and maintain training programs for the purpose of properly effectuating the promotional policies set forth in Section 16-152 with respect to career development and upward mobility for employees; Provide employees with healthful and safe working environments and conditions; and, Develop and maintain an incentive awards program for employees so as to properly recognize employee achievement and productivity.
