## Sec. 16-134. Salary rate upon transfer or reassignment

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 16-134 (2026)

The salary rate of an employee who is transferred or reassigned to a vacant position in the classified service shall be established by the Director of Human Resources Management as the same salary rate the employee received immediately prior to the effective date of the transfer or reassignment, as the case may be.
