## Sec. 18-192. Cadet program

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 18-192 (2026)

The Department must collaborate and partner with local educational institutions and a Prince George's County based non-profit organization with a minimum of four (4) years of experience working on police reform and criminal justice issues to:

(a) expand the recruitment of police cadets who reflect the diversity of the County;

(b) sponsor communication sessions with prospective cadets and community members; and

(c) develop internship programs for prospective cadets.
