## Sec. 18-120. Confidential information

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 18-120 (2026)

Every State's Attorney Investigator shall hold as confidential all information obtained as a result of any investigation, and the same shall not be divulged except by an order so to do by a court of record of this State or for the proper administration of justice.
