Sec. 18-186.13. PenaltiesLinkCopy Citation
Any person who shall violate or disobey any lawful order of any Police Cadet or Public Service Aide, as may be issued under Section 18-186.12, above, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor; and upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to the same penalty applicable to Section 21-103 of the Transportation Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland.
