Sec. 2-101. Council composition; legislative powerLinkCopy Citation
(a)
The Council shall be composed of nine (9) members, nominated and elected as provided in Section 303 of the Charter.
(b)
The Council shall exercise all legislative powers granted the County under the State Constitution and the laws of the State, as provided in Section 302 of the Charter.
(c)
The Council shall be organized, qualified, and compensated as provided in the Charter.
