There are hereby established the following County health resource advisory councils to plan, coordinate, assess, evaluate, and make recommendations for the improvement of existing services and the development of new programs and facilities in their respective designated areas of concern as hereinafter delineated: The Mental Health Advisory Committee; The Emergency Medical Services Advisory Council.
