## Sec. 2-237. Areas for public services

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 2-237 (2026)

The Council may, upon its own motion, or by referendum if the Council should so determine, establish, within the boundaries of the County, outside the limits of any incorporated town, areas for the purpose of providing street lighting, garbage and trash collection, removal and disposition, street signs, cleaning of streets.
