Sec. 2-253. Hours of workLinkCopy Citation
Eight (8) hours shall constitute a regular day's work for all workmen and apprentices employed on public works. Work in excess of eight (8) hours in any one (1) calendar day, work in excess of forty (40) hours in any calendar week exclusive of overtime and work performed on Sundays and legal holidays, as recognized by Prince George's County, shall constitute overtime work.
