## Sec. 2-253.15. Permits

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 2-253.15 (2026)

Building permits for a residence or dwelling (except under Section 2-253.16.) shall not be issued to any person except a duly licensed building contractor or his duly authorized agents under the provisions of this Division.
