Sec. 2-112.02.01. Audit of accountsLinkCopy Citation
(a)
Upon the death, resignation, removal or expiration of the term of any County Executive, an audit shall be made of the accounts maintained by the County Executive.
(b)
If, as a result of any audit, a County Executive shall be found to be indebted to the County, the County Council shall proceed forthwith to collect the indebtedness.
