## Sec. 2-112.02.01. Audit of accounts

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 2-112.02.01 (2026)

(a) Upon the death, resignation, removal or expiration of the term of any County Executive, an audit shall be made of the accounts maintained by the County Executive.

(b) If, as a result of any audit, a County Executive shall be found to be indebted to the County, the County Council shall proceed forthwith to collect the indebtedness.
