(a)
The five (5) or more citizens on the Tree Planting Committee who are residents of the County shall be appointed by the County Executive as follows:
(1)
Two (2) members for a term of three (3) years, the Chairman for a term of four (4) years, and all additional members for a term of two (2) years.
