Sec. 2-345. Powers and duties; rulesLinkCopy Citation
(a)
The Tree Planting Committee shall develop and adopt a tree planting and development plan for the entire County. The plan shall designate well defined geographic areas in which certain types of trees shall be planted. The Committee shall have the authority to alter the plan from time to time as necessary and desirable.
(b)
The Council shall adopt rules and regulations to carry out the purpose of this Division after the regulations have been recommended by the Tree Planting Committee.
