## Sec. 2-384. Contributions by contractor or developer

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 2-384 (2026)

The Council may require any owner or developer of a subdivision or tract of land upon which dwellings, apartments, stores or other buildings are to be erected to contribute what it deems to be a fair share of the costs of a drainage project under the provisions of Section 2-367 before it approves or constructs such project. Such contribution shall be paid in cash before construction begins or secured to the satisfaction of the Council.
