## Sec. 2-384.04. Procedure for establishing urban area; levying special assessments

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 2-384.04 (2026)

(a) The procedure for establishing urban areas as provided in Section 2-384.03 shall be as set forth in Subdivision 1, above.

(b) The procedure for levying special assessments for such urban areas shall be as set forth in Subdivision 1, above.

(c) The special assessments rates for such urban areas shall be established in accordance with Section 2-375.
