Sec. 2-392. Meetings and recordsLinkCopy Citation
The Chairman of each Board or Commission shall be responsible for maintaining a permanent record book of all meetings which shall as a minimum set forth the date of each meeting, the time of convening, the members present, and the time of adjournment. The Chairman's signature on the record book shall be a certification that the record of the meeting is correct.
