## Sec. 2-432. Commission meetings; report

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 2-432 (2026)

(a) The Commission shall meet at the call of the Chairperson or at the call of a majority of the members of the Commission. The Commission shall meet as frequently as required to perform its duties. A majority of the members of the Commission shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business. A majority of those present at any meeting shall be sufficient for any official action taken by the Commission.

(b) The Commission shall submit an annual report to the County Executive and the Council concerning its activities and recommendations.
