Sec. 2-461. Works of art requiredLinkCopy Citation
(a)
Every appropriation for a County construction project shall include an additional appropriation for works of art equal to at least one percent (1%) of the estimated construction cost of the project funded by the County, as shown in the County's Capital Improvement Program.
(b)
Private donations of works of art are strongly encouraged, and may be substituted for the requirement of this Section.
