## Sec. 2-479. Registration requirements

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 2-479 (2026)

(a) In order to register, an applicant shall meet the requirements of this Section.

(b) The applicant must be at least 18 years old.

(c) The applicant must be of good character and reputation.

(d) The cemetery or burial goods business with which the applicant is affiliated must be financially stable in accordance with Section 12-207 of this Subtitle.
