Sec. 2-486. Prohibited acts

A permit holder may not sell or offer to sell to a member of the public a burial lot or burial right in a cemetery and represent to the public in any way, express or implied, that the cemetery or the burial lot or burial right in the cemetery will have perpetual care unless the registered permit holder has provided adequately for that perpetual care.
