There is a Prince George's County Clean Renewable Energy Program ("Program"). As defined under Subtitle 10A, Division 6, Subtitle 16 of the County Code, every appropriation for a County public building or major renovation shall include an additional appropriation of two percent (2%) to the projected total cost funded by the County, as shown in the County's Capital Improvement Program subject to Section 10A-158.05 of the County Code.
