## Sec. 2-506. Purposes and uses

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 2-506 (2026)

(a) In general. The purposes of the Program are to:

  (1) increase the development and deployment of cost-effective and environmentally sustainable renewable power resources in Prince George's County;

  (2) benefit publicly owned buildings; and

  (3) provide for public-private partnerships that result in the development and deployment of clean renewable energy technology projects as defined under Subtitle 10A, Division 6, Subdivision 16 of the County Code.
