In general. The purposes of the Program are to: increase the development and deployment of cost-effective and environmentally sustainable renewable power resources in Prince George's County; benefit publicly owned buildings; and provide for public-private partnerships that result in the development and deployment of clean renewable energy technology projects as defined under Subtitle 10A, Division 6, Subdivision 16 of the County Code.
