Report to the Council and County Executive. The Managing Entity shall provide an annual report to the County Council and County Executive that outlines the following: the added clean renewable energy technology generation by project; the revenues and expenditures of the Program; projects supported by the Program; and the annual savings to the County's utility expenses from the projects.
