Sec. 2-525. Avoiding aiding federal government in acts of discriminationLinkCopy Citation
No agency or department moneys, facilities, property, equipment, or personnel may be used to investigate, enforce, or assist in the investigation or enforcement of any federal program requiring registration of individuals solely on the basis of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or national or ethnic origin unless required by federal law.
