Sec. 2-532. Responsibilities of the Governing BodyLinkCopy Citation
(a)
Establish the membership of the Board; and
(b)
Establish the budget, including staffing costs, of the Board; and
(c)
Appoint a Chair of the Board who has relevant experience to the position; and
(d)
Establish the procedures for record keeping by the Board.
