Sec. 2-539. Trial BoardsLinkCopy Citation
In addition to the requirements set forth in Maryland Annotated Code Public Safety Article Title 3, Subtitle 1:
(a)
Each law enforcement agency with the jurisdiction of Prince George's County shall establish a trial board process in accordance with this Subdivision.
(b)
A small law enforcement agency may use the trial board process of another law enforcement agency by mutual agreement.
