## Sec. 2-149. Recovery of costs

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 2-149 (2026)

In any action brought under the provisions of this Division, the County is entitled to recover from a violator the costs for investigation and hearing; provided an improper practice or a violation of any written assurance in Subsection 2-148(3) or consent finding in Subsection 2-148(3) is found to exist.
