Sec. 2-157. Dismissal of complaint after hearingLinkCopy Citation
If, at the conclusion of the hearing, the Director determines, upon the preponderance of the testimony and evidence, that the person complained against has not violated this Division, the Director shall state findings and issue an order dismissing the complaint.
