Sec. 2-160. Rights and remedies, judicial reviewLinkCopy Citation
(a)
Nothing in this Division shall prevent any person from exercising any right or seeking any remedy to which he might otherwise be entitled, or from filing any complaint with any other agency, including State and Federal agencies.
(b)
Any aggrieved person is authorized to appeal a decision or order of the Director pursuant to this Division to the Board of Administrative Appeals.
