## Sec. 2-161. Effect on other laws

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 2-161 (2026)

This Division does not annul, alter, or affect, or exempt any seller or lender from complying with the Laws of Maryland relating to consumer transactions, except to the extent that those laws are inconsistent with the provisions of this Division, and then only to the extent of the inconsistency.
