## Sec. 20-133. Deception of passengers

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 20-133 (2026)

A driver shall not deceive or attempt to deceive a passenger who may ride in a taxicab or who may desire to ride in such vehicle, as to the destination of the driver, or the rate of fare to be charged. The driver shall not convey any passenger, or cause him to be conveyed, to a place other than as directed by the passenger.
