Sec. 20-136. Restriction on number of passengersLinkCopy Citation
A driver shall not permit to be carried in a taxicab, at any one time, more persons, including the driver, but excepting children in arms, than the indicated seating capacity of the taxicab, as rated by the automobile manufacturer.
