Sec. 20A-207. Transportation Demand Management AgreementLinkCopy Citation
(a)
The TDMA shall include the following:
(1)
Mandatory objectives for peak hour and/or daily vehicle trip reduction;
(2)
Specific strategies for compliance for vehicle trip reduction and, as appropriate, vehicle-generated emissions reduction;
(3)
Procedures for periodic monitoring and plan evaluation; and
(4)
A statement indicating an understanding of Council actions resulting from noncompliance with the terms and conditions of the TDMA.
