## Sec. 21-125. Penalty

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 21-125 (2026)

Any person found in violation of this Division 1 shall be liable to a civil fine not to exceed one-thousand dollars (1,000.00). Each day of violation shall constitute a separate violation. The County Attorney shall be authorized to prosecute a violation of this Division by instituting a civil proceeding in a court of competent jurisdiction. The court, upon a finding of a violation, may impose a civil fine, in addition to the granting of any other relief authorized by law.
