Sec. 21-127. Purpose of DivisionLinkCopy Citation
It is the intent and purpose of this Division to protect and promote the public health, safety and welfare of the residents of the County by establishing minimum standards and requirements for the establishment and operation of rubble fill sites within the geographical boundaries of the County.
