## Sec. 21-132. Approval of application

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 21-132 (2026)

Licenses to proceed with site preparation and operations will only be issued after the application for site location, and plans and specifications have been approved by the Department of Environmental Resources, the Health Officer, and the Soil Conservation District for the County.
