## Sec. 21-139. Credit Officer; authority

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 21-139 (2026)

The Director of the Department of the Environment is appointed disposal facility Credit Officer. The Director is authorized to delegate his authority, subject to his supervision, to a member of his staff.
