Sec. 22-104. License term; renewal feeLinkCopy Citation
(a)
Licenses issued pursuant to this Subdivision shall be issued for a period not in excess of one (1) year and shall expire on December 31st of each year.
(b)
Licenses may be renewed upon payment of a fee as designated in the Table of Fees, section 2-253.63, Attachment A within thirty (30) days of the expiration date.
