Sec. 22-105. Suspension or revocationCopy Citation

Any license issued pursuant to this Subdivision may be revoked or suspended by the Health Officer for violation of any provision of this Subtitle after sending a notice to the address of the licensee listed on his application. It is the responsibility of the licensee to maintain a current address on the application.
