Licenses issued pursuant to Sections 22-107 through 22-109 shall be issued for a period not in excess of one (1) year and shall expire on December 31st of each year. Licenses may be renewed upon payment of a fee as designated in the Table of Fees within thirty (30) days of the expiration date.
