Sec. 22-111. Suspension and revocationCopy Citation

Any license or permit issued pursuant to this Subdivision may be revoked or suspended for violation of any provision of this Subtitle by the Health Officer after sending notice to the address of the licensee listed on the application. It is the responsibility of the licensee to maintain a current address on the application.
