## Sec. 22-113. Vehicle Permits

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 22-113 (2026)

(a) A permit shall be required for each vehicle used by a licensee for scavenging.

(b) A permit fee as designated in the Table of Fees, section 2-253.63, Attachment A shall be due and payable at the time of application.

(c) Each vehicle shall pass a yearly inspection prior to being issued a permit.
