## Sec. 22-116. Permit required; exception

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 22-116 (2026)

(a) No person shall install, construct, extend, alter or remodel any sewage disposal system unless he obtains a permit from the Health Officer.

(b) A permit shall not be required in connection with the repair of a sewage disposal system. A field work order shall be issued by the Health Officer as an authorization to perform repairs.
