Sec. 22-120. Refusal of PermitLinkCopy Citation
(a)
The Health Officer shall refuse to issue a permit:
(1)
Where a public sewer abuts the property in question, unless the public sewer is not legally and/or economically available to the building to be served;
(2)
Where the installation of such a system would be contrary to any County Water and Sewerage Plan adopted pursuant to Sections 9-503 through 9-515, Environment Article, Annotated Code of Maryland;
(3)
Where issuance of such permit is in conflict with this or other applicable laws, ordinances, or regulations.
