## Sec. 22-121. Permit denial; appeal

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 22-121 (2026)

Any person whose application for a permit under this Division has been denied shall be notified by the Health Officer by the sending of a notice of denial to the address of the applicant as listed on his application. The decision to deny an application may be appealed in Circuit Court. Any appeal shall be taken within thirty (30) days of the receipt of the notice of decision.
