## Sec. 22-122. Minimum lot size

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 22-122 (2026)

The minimum lot size shall depend upon the site plan, the percolation test conducted on the lot and be in accordance with COMAR 26.04.03 and the Prince George's County Ten Year Water and Sewerage Plan. Lot size shall not prohibit the remodeling of an existing system that has failed under normal use.
