(b)
If the Department, upon review of the application, determines that the proposed work does not conform to the Design and Construction Standards, the Department shall notify the applicant of its objection to the proposed work and inform him of the actions which shall be required to bring the plans into compliance so that the applicant may amend his application.
(c)
If the applicant does not post bond and pay the required permit fee within six (6) months from the date the application is filed, and such failure is not created by governmental action or inaction, the permit application shall be void and the filing fee will be forfeited at the discretion of the Director.
(d)
Substantive modifications by the applicant to an existing permit application which result in significant changes to the plans will require the payment of a new filing fee in an amount based upon the incremental change in the estimated construction cost. The amount shall be equal to ten percent (10%) of the incremental change, but in no case less than Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00). The new filing fee shall be dedicated solely to the provision of staff and administrative services used to process applications, subject to appropriation.
