Sec. 23-147. Installation of Small Wireless FacilitiesLinkCopy Citation
(a)
Small wireless facilities installed on a utility pole, street light pole, or other replacement or new pole require:
(1)
issuance of all permits required by this Code;
(2)
compliance with all provisions of this Code, the Master License Agreement required by Subtitle 5A, any applicable regulations, and the County's Design and Construction Standards.
(b)
Permittees shall install small wireless facilities pursuant to the location requirements listed in Subtitle 5A, Section 5A-159.
(c)
The small wireless facility provider shall bear the cost to repair, replace or relocate their facility and pole if damaged or when it must be relocated and to remove an existing pole that was replaced.
